Abstract
Introduction: This paper presents the essence and importance of motivation and system of periodic assessment of the organization, is primarily the characteristics of the selected methods and the impact of these factors on the effectiveness, quality and performance of their applications. The human activities play a very important emotional factors, cognitive, decision-making and strongly related motivational factors. The issue of motivation is very complex and closely linked with the state of continuous arousal employees and their superiors. It is connected with the methods of operation, accuracy, perseverance and the ability to acquire knowledge, management style and methods of interpersonal communication. The level of motivation has an effect on the final result as the objectives pursued, in any company should be a motivation system best suited in terms of company characteristics. Traditional national companies were based mainly on wages, which is highly motivating if there is a connection between effort and outcomes and the level of wages. Therefore, the organization introduced a system of periodic evaluations of staff that does the job as one of the motivators. It should be noted that the periodic evaluation of staff performance in practice is seen as an important element of human resource management, and its shape, as well as how to use the results to a large extent depend on the strategy management culture and traditions existing in the organization. System of periodic assessment is a tool in the hands of their superiors, because of its specificity and objectives, allows for a lot of valuable information for organizations in the field of controlling personnel necessary for the effective implementation of the process of motivating.
